| The Cultural Cottage at Ro The Ruud farm is a living mountain-farm with log- houses, dairy cattle and steep fields. There are horses and hens, herb gardens and flowerbeds on terraced plains. The original Cultural cottage consists of two continuous old houses with open fires. Here most of the food is prepared and served. In the old barn we have seating capacity for 80 guests. An old mountain farm barn is reconstructed into an open-heart house, and a great grandmother `s kitchen. All food is homemade, and the culinary experiences are seasoned with stories of traditional cookery. |
